Certified Medical Assistant Clinical Skills Review Program

Certified Medical Assistant Clinical Skills Review Program

Methodist College is now offering a clinical skills review program for current Medical Office Assistants or Medical Office Clerks with more than three years of medical assisting experience. Following this virtual, 12-week course, participants will be prepared to take the RMA exam and become nationally certified in Medical Assisting. (During this program, one in-person clinical day will be required on a Saturday.)

This course is a review of the clinical and administrative knowledge and skills that prepare individuals to sit for credentialing exams. The clinical skills review course is designed for students who have worked in the field of medical assisting for a minimum of three years full time in both the clinical and administrative areas.
