If you need IT assistance please fill out the form below.  The Methodist College IT Department is staffed Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 8-6:00pm.  Any requests submitted outside of these hours will be handled the next business day. For any truly urgent needs we have an on-call rotation for afterhours support that can be found on our SharePoint site.

Self-service password reset gives you the ability to change or reset your network password.

Password Reset Reminders:

  • Passwords can only be changed once per day.
  • Commonly used weak passwords will be blocked.
  • Known compromised passwords will be blocked.
  • Students and Staff may only perform five password reset attempts within a 24 hour period before their account is locked out.
